We had ROC Corp come do our house set. We called and spoke with Dan for a quote. He came and met us at the site and went over all over questions as it was a very tricky area. Dan was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. You could tell safety was a top priority. On the day of the job, everything ran very smooth and safe. Dan even showed up and brought coffee for everyone on site. Very impressed with the operator, nothing was damaged, even with it being a tight spot. We were very stressed about getting the house in, but we were very happy with how it all went. Thank you Dan and ROC Corp crew! 100% recommend.
I've been working mostly exclusive with ROC over the last few years any time we require hoisting equipment. The customer service Bonnie provides as a 'go to' one stop contact has been phenomenal. I used ROC Corp crane service Belleville to dismantle a very heavy awkward machine from the top of the roof. They went above and beyond to make sure things were done safely and took time to ensure there was no damage. The 4 man team were super friendly clean cut and accommodating sales guy was professional met with me a few times to go through the job scope.
